driver.cy offers a premium driving service in Cyprus, which includes access to a high-quality vehicle and a professional driver. Service details—including pricing, vehicle options, and additional features—are provided on our website.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Prices are quoted in Euros and include the services listed on our website unless otherwise stated.
  • Accepted payment methods are specified during the booking process.

4. Cancellations and Changes

  1. You may cancel your booking free of charge up to one day before your scheduled service.
  2. Cancellations on the day of the service will incur a charge equivalent to one day’s fee to cover same-day preparations.
  3. For any changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
  • You are responsible for notifying driver.cy of any changes to your schedule or service requirements.
  • You agree to follow all instructions provided by the driver during the service.

6. Driver and Vehicle

  • Our drivers are professional, courteous, and dedicated to providing a high-quality service.
  • The vehicles provided are maintained to premium standards.
  • The service includes the vehicle, driver, fuel, maintenance, car insurance, road taxes, and complimentary water and snacks, unless otherwise specified.

7. Third-Party Services

Our service may involve third-party providers (e.g., payment processors). driver.cy is not liable for the actions or omissions of these third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

driver.cy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Cyprus.

10. Refunds

Refunds are available only for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service start time. Refund requests received within 24 hours of service commencement, during the service, or after its completion will not be eligible.

11. Modifications to Terms

driver.cy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the driver.cy website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by driver.cy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.
